AUG-ARQUITECTOS, SLP has been selected to draft the Detailed Ordination Plan for Rugat (Valencia). The project builds upon the structural planning established in a plan approved in 2022 and aims to complete the detailed planning of all urban land and, potentially, developable land (should the municipal corporation so decide). The initial timeframe for contract execution is three years, a realistic scenario considering that the environmental and substantive authority is local.
The work will begin with the preparation of the cartographic base, an analysis of the current planning regulations, and consultation with the municipal corporation regarding their objectives and aspirations in this context.
The work will be supervised by the Technical Assistance Service for Municipalities of the Valencia Provincial Council.
