DESCRIPTION
Extension of a Declaration of Community Interest (DIC)
This project seeks to obtain a thirty-year extension of the Declaration of Community Interest (DIC) for a facility comprising go-kart tracks, a warehouse, and a parking area—originally granted in 1997 and currently in operation within the municipality of Daimús (Valencia).
The technical project also aims to update the urban planning parameters for the activity, aligning them with the actual conditions that have existed since 2004.
