The Environmental Assessment Commission, at its meeting held on April 30, 2026, agreed to issue favorable Environmental and Territorial Reports for the Cultural Section of Catalogues of Protections of Rotglà i Corberà (Valencia) and Zucaina (Castellón), prepared by AUG-ARQUITECTOS, SLP and submitted to the environmental body in November 2024. With the issuance of these reports, the process is now complete, and the next step is facilitated: submitting both documents to public review and consultation for a period of 45 business days. Thus, during the last quarter of 2026, both Cultural Sections may be submitted to the substantive body, the Territorial Planning Commission, for final approval.
These catalogues join the long list of heritage protection instruments drafted by the company and the new proposals that AUG-ARQUITECTOS, SLP is studying in different locations in the Valencian Community, as an expression of the commitment of its members to the defense of cultural heritage.
